Confirmation-

1. We will keep your reservations for seven days from the date we receive your calling reservations. Please transfer the deposit within a week.
2. About Deposit
   
   
   • Deposit required is the total of a half of total room charge and full amount of the first meal.
   • Dining without lodging: Deposit required is full amount of the first meal.
   • Deposit required is the total of a half of total place rental and full amount of the first meal.
   • Deposit required is a half of total place rental of Shiayuan Project Adventure Educational Base
     
3. Wire Transfer:
   

• Please transfer the deposit to the account name: Fuhsing Youth Activity Center and the account number is 16321590.  And please note the name of your organizations or institutions, your names and the date of the events at the margin of the form.
• Please do not send the deposit as a common letter or send the deposit in cash.

Cancellations & changes-

1. A 22-day notice is required before check-in.
2. An 8-day advanced notice is required if rooms need to be reduced and the reduction cannot exceed 20 % of the original number of room.
3. A 3-day advanced notice is required for changes or cancellations on dining services.
4. Any cancellation should be approved by our Center.  After deducting penalty from the deposit, we will return the rest deposit to you by check and extra handling fee of NTD 100 will be charged.
5. Deferrals can be applied if the cancellation is not preferred.  After our approval, we can reserve the room for you for the maximum of 3 months for one chance.

Payment & Check-out-

1. All payment should be paid up before use.  Groups should pay up by 9pm on check-in date by cash or with credit card.  Check is not accepted.
2. Check-in time: 3pm. Check-out time: 10am.
